$TAO Moving Toward Major Discount Reversal Zone ⚠️
TAO is weakening after rejecting from the premium resistance region near 320+. The current 4H structure now looks more like distribution than continuation, with a potential head-and-shoulders pattern forming while momentum fades. Price now looks more likely to sweep deeper discount liquidity before any stronger bullish continuation begins. The main SAFE MODEL long zone I’m watching remains around 244–267.
This region aligns with major HTF demand, previous accumulation activity, and deeper liquidity below current price. Panic selling into this area could create a stronger reversal setup. I’m not interested in catching early bottoms here. For the SAFE MODEL long, TAO still needs a liquidity sweep into discount followed by bullish reclaim, strong displacement, positive delta shift, RSI MA strength returning, and VWAP reclaim before continuation becomes valid.
