Now let's look at this in the 4-hour timeframe to see how the ratio works. First, we checked the 30-minute chart, then the 1-hour one. For those who are new, you can check my previous post on my wall.
Now, I've provided the 4-hour timeframe below. When you open it, you'll see that the market is repeating each ratio twice; in some cases, it can even do it more than that.
We can predict a big ratio from smaller ratios.
Now, the question arises: if a new ratio is forming, how do we know where it’s headed? The simple way to find out is to look at a larger timeframe; it will turn out to be a smaller repeating ratio in that larger timeframe. Just like we've moved from the 4-hour to the 1-day timeframe. In this, every ratio is repeating, and within those large ratios, smaller ratios are repeating, and within those smaller ratios, even smaller timeframes are repeating.
This creates a whole cycle.
Similarly, if you go to an even larger timeframe, the same logic applies.
So, understand things; work in a structured way.
If you practice this, you’ll forget all other methods. You’ll easily gain control over your greed and fear.
Because to navigate the market according to your plan, you need to get into this mindset.
