🇦🇪 Dubai just unveiled one of the smartest government buildings ever created.

His Highness Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum officially inaugurated DEWA’s new headquarters, “Al Shera’a” — now being described as the world’s tallest, largest, and smartest net-positive government building. ⚡🏙️

Located in Al Jaddaf, the futuristic structure is packed with next-generation technology: 🔹 110,000 smart sensors

🔹 1,500+ wireless access points

🔹 3,200 network devices

🔹 Around 1.9 million automated control commands every single day

Even more impressive — the building can generate up to 5 megawatts of power on its own using advanced sustainable technology and energy-efficient systems. 🌱☀️

According to officials, “Al Shera’a” represents Dubai’s growing global leadership in innovation, sustainability, and smart infrastructure — showing how future cities may eventually power themselves instead of consuming more energy than they produce.

This isn’t just a building.

It’s a glimpse into the future of intelligent cities. 🚀
