worst experience with binance and it's customer service!! 🔴🔴

I've been using binance since 2024 and have never had my account disqualified like that it was all going great participated in come activities and promotions this month including CHIP new spot listing Champaign, futures masters arena, XAUT tournament, BARD tournament and many other activities but now out of nowhere binance just flagged my account under risk and blocked me from getting any reward from any activity/promotion.

and when I tried contacting customer service they just kept asking me for recordings as their appeal page isn't working, I've been trying to make an appeal for the past 13 hours and still haven't got anywhere and their page isn't working right this is just too much for me and right now very very disappointed in binance and it's team.
