Ronin is an EVM-compatible sidechain for fast
low-fee NFT gaming. I mostly use it for Axie
Infinity, especially battles and breeding. I also
buy a couple of small drops, usually seasonal
avatar items, since transactions are quick and
fees are low. Fees are paid in B SRON.
Validators stake
$RON, and token holders
vote on network changes. After the 2022 bridge
breach, Ronin tightened security and changed
validator procedures, so I watch bridge and
yield updates closely.
