Is Decentralized AI the Next Big Revolution?
Most AI platforms today are controlled by a small number of companies, while the people contributing data, ideas, and development rarely receive fair rewards. That’s one of the reasons @OpenLedger caught my attention recently.
Instead of keeping AI ownership centralized, OpenLedger is building a decentralized ecosystem where contributors, developers, and communities can participate directly and benefit from the value they help create. The idea of transparent AI ownership combined with blockchain technology could completely reshape how AI economies work in the future.
I also think projects like this can encourage better innovation because contributors finally have incentives to build and collaborate openly rather than only supporting closed systems.
As AI adoption grows worldwide, platforms focused on transparency, monetization, and community participation may become extremely important.
What do you think — will decentralized AI become bigger than traditional AI platforms in the next few years?
