I keep watching OpenLedger with interest, but also with caution.
The idea makes sense. AI is becoming more centralized, data is being absorbed by big platforms, and most contributors never really see the value they helped create. OpenLedger is trying to push back against that by making data, models, and AI agents more trackable and rewardable.
But in crypto, a good idea is never enough.
The real test is execution. Can OpenLedger handle messy incentives? Can it stop low-quality contribution from being rewarded? Can AI agents create real value instead of just more activity? Can attribution work in practice, not just in theory?
That is where the project becomes worth watching.
I do not fully trust the narrative yet, but I also do not think it should be ignored. OpenLedger is touching a real problem. Now it has to prove it can survive real market behavior.
