OpenLedger is an AI blockchain that unlocks liquidity across data, models, applications, and agents.
It enables the training, deployment, and on-chain tracking of specialized AI models and datasets, solving critical challenges in transparency, attribution, and verifiability.
At its core is Proof of Attribution, a mechanism that identifies the data points shaping a model’s output and rewards their contributors.
OpenLedger is built on over a decade of Stanford research and developed by four leading academics.
OpenLedger addresses both sides of the problem:
OpenLedger enables developers to collect specialized data from the community through Datanets and build AI models with the no-code Model Factory, deploying them directly on the OpenLedger Blockchain.
Every model is embedded with Proof of Attribution, which ensures incentivization for data contributors, explainability of model outputs and full provenance of the AI lifecycle.
The OPEN token is the native gas token of the OpenLedger Blockchain and plays a central role in shaping the network’s economy and governance.
Proof of Attribution Rewards: OPEN token is distributed to data contributors when their data is identified as influencing model inference.
Payments and Settlement: OPEN token is used for transactions within the OpenLedger AI Blockchain QT network, including inference fees, model access, staking and datanet usage.
Governance: Holders of OPEN token are able to participate in protocol governance. The governance system will oversee protocol parameters, upgrades, ownership transfers, and other critical network decisions.
Ecosystem Incentives: OPEN token is allocated to encourage development of models, datanets, and agents within the ecosystem.
OpenLegder consists of three main components:
Product:
Model Factory & OpenLoRA: End-to-end infrastructure for training, fine-tuning, and hosting models, with LoRA adapters verified on-chain.
Proof of Attribution (PoA): On-chain attribution system that identifies data influence on model outputs and compensates contributors in $OPEN.
