President Trump says critics are attacking an Iran deal that “isn’t even fully negotiated yet.”
In a lengthy statement, Trump defended ongoing talks while sharply criticizing the Obama administration’s nuclear agreement with Tehran, claiming it handed Iran “massive amounts of CASH” and enabled its nuclear ambitions.
“If I make a deal with Iran, it will be a good and proper one,” Trump wrote before insisting: “I don’t make bad deals.”
The statement comes as the White House continues negotiations amid mounting pressure over Iran’s nuclear program.
