Just In: Terraform Labs’ bankruptcy estate has taken legal action against Jane Street, accusing the trading firm of using non-public information during the Terra/UST collapse in 2022 to gain trading advantage.
Jane Street has denied all allegations and has moved to dismiss the case, arguing that the lawsuit is baseless and an attempt to shift blame onto market participants for losses that stem from Terraform Labs’ own collapse and fraud-related issues linked to Do Kwon.
At this stage, the case is still ongoing in court, and no final judgment has been made.
