US Stocks Forecast 2026: My Initial Thoughts

Honestly, trying to nail down an entire year is always tricky, but I'm feeling cautiously Bullish on US stocks for 2026.

I think the biggest drivers will be the sustained strength in the tech sector—especially anything related to AI and chip manufacturing—and the anticipation of further rate stabilization (or cuts) by the Fed. We're past a lot of the immediate inflation shock, and corporate earnings are showing resilience.

A key risk, of course, is geopolitical instability, but barring any major escalation, I see capital continuing to flow into US markets. I'm keeping a close eye on small-cap value plays that might finally catch up after being overlooked.
