$BTC moved the same way for 3 straight Mondays and today is shaping up almost identical.

May 5 & 12 gave the classic setup:

Asia pushed price up, market faded it, then the US session reclaimed momentum again.

May 19 flipped the script completely.

Asia sold first and the weakness never recovered.

Now today, Asia already delivered the pump.

The real question is whether the US session follows through or turns this into another liquidity trap.

The interesting part is that US markets are closed for Memorial Day. No major institutional participation, thinner books, slower reactions. But thin liquidity doesn’t magically create a new trend. It usually just exaggerates the move already waiting at key levels.

Less volume.

More volatility.

Same important zones.

This is one of those sessions where fakeouts become easier and overreactions happen fast. Watch how price behaves once the US hours open — that’s probably where today’s direction gets decided.
