Reason for the long setup on $SEI:

The Layer 1 sector is starting to show renewed momentum, with capital slowly rotating back into high-beta ecosystem plays. At the same time, the chart structure has already broken out of its previous range, giving a cleaner bullish setup.

BTC dominance is also showing signs of potential weakness, which could allow Layer 1 tokens to enter a short-term mini uptrend phase.

Another interesting point is SEI’s recent TVL growth, suggesting ecosystem activity and liquidity are improving alongside the price action.

For now, the structure favors continuation as long as momentum and volume remain healthy.
