Looking at the current futures board, the top gainers are showing massive spikes today. $HEI is leading the entire market with a massive 196% run trading at 0.16892, followed by $ID up 55% at 0.04476, and $LAB up 54% at 6.6407. The higher timeframe trend across these assets is heavily bullish as momentum traders aggressively pile into these contracts.
Because the order flow is highly overextended on these rapid moves, chasing the top of these runs introduces extreme risk. My strategy is to wait for the buying power to slow down near major resistance zones before planning a setup. I am setting up a clean plan on ID to catch a healthy pullback once the early breakout buyers begin to take their profits.
