Hey guyss last week I was swinging on Binance but those constant wallet signature popups were killing my flow. A friend told me to check Genius, so I logged in with my social account just to try.
Man, in just 3-4 days everything changed. Spot trades, cross-chain moves, leverage - all super smooth now. No extra steps, no friction, my momentum stays alive.
Last week when BTC was around 77k, I saw it dropping and took a short near 76.5k. The setup looked clean so I held it. Price went down to 73k and I booked a nice profit. My analysis was right, but Genius made entry and exit so damn easy.
Still, one thing keeps bothering me - Genius uses MPC wallet. Private key is split into fragments and signs inside a secure enclave. It's fast and convenient, Certik audited too. But the signing authority shifts a bit away from me. Doesn’t feel like full self-custody. If that enclave ever gets compromised, then what?
Overall the experience is fire, but this small doubt is still in my head.
