$BTC Road To $80K… or one more trap first? 👀
BTC losing $72k looked scary and many traders instantly thought breakdown started. But after checking macro pressure, spot flow, derivatives and liquidity… market still feels more like positioning than panic.
Macro pressure
Weekend war headlines added pressure and oil stayed elevated. That pushed risk assets lower once US market opened.
At the same time Friday has US NFP payroll data, and smart money usually positions before that.
That makes this week more tricky.
What data says
Liquidity below $71.2k-$71.5k already got taken.
After touching that zone BTC slowed.
1h spot flow stayed around -$70M+ red but not capitulation.
Derivatives also cooled:
— OI down around 4-6%
— funding near flat
— longs flushed
— shorts slowly rebuilding
Heatmap still shows bigger liquidity above:
$72.8k-$73k
then $73.6k
then bigger near $74.4k-$75k
Below strongest support stays near $70.8k-$71.1k
That gives BTC room to move higher first before Friday.
Roadmap
Tuesday: likely bounce toward $72.8k-$73.3k
Wednesday: range / trap both sides
Thursday: market can grind higher toward $73.5k-$74k
This happens often before major events.
Price pushes into upper liquidity, bigger players take profit there, and market waits.
Friday: NFP decides next real move
Soft jobs: BTC can test $74k-$75k
Strong jobs: BTC can revisit $71k
Levels I watch
Current: ~$72k
Support: $71.7k-$72.1k
Deep support: $70.9k-$71.2k
Upside targets:
TP1: $72.8k
TP2: $73.6k
TP3: $74.4k-$75k
Risk zone below: $70.6k
Short term still slightly bullish.
Not because market suddenly strong.
Because lower liquidity already got cleared, leverage cooled, and upside liquidity still bigger.
But background pressure still there:
war headlines
oil elevated
NFP Friday
And guys one more thing… this week better dont trade like a fast scalp trader and dont blindly follow my configuration. Use these entry zones and SL as a roadmap or idea, not blind copy.
More smart money style.
Stay patient, scale slowly, protect capital, and let market show direction. $LAB
