South Korean retail investors sold over 1 trillion won worth of overseas equities in the first week of June.
Depository data showed net overseas equity sales of $793.67 million, extending a selling trend that began in April.
Net sales totaled $469 million in April and a record $939.77 million in May. If the trend continues through June, it would mark the first three month net-selling streak since April to July 2023.
