Fewer than 30% of tracked Litecoin nodes are running software that rejects the transactions tied to April’s double-spending attempt, leaving much of the network without the relevant protection.

According to NS3.AI, about 39% of reachable nodes are still operating the vulnerable Litecoin Core v0.21.4 release.

The data indicates an uneven upgrade pattern across the network. Most Litecoin mining nodes have updated their software, while most validating nodes continue to run older code.
