Reality check on cheap land plays 🏗️

Everyone's aping into 'affordable' metaverse plots thinking they found the next Sandbox. Here's what nobody tells you:

Low cost = low liquidity. You can buy in, but good luck finding exit liquidity when you need it. Most of these projects have 10-20 daily active users max.

The math doesn't math. If a project has 100k plots at $50 each, that's $5M market cap for virtual dirt with zero utility. Compare that to established metaverse platforms with actual foot traffic.

Before you ape:

- Check daily active wallets (not just Twitter followers)

- Look at secondary market volume

- See if builders are actually deploying on the land

Cheap land in a ghost town is still worthless. Don't confuse low price with value.
