✅ Has Pakistan allowed Binance to operate?

Pakistan has not yet given Binance a full operating license, but it HAS officially allowed Binance to begin the process of operating legally in the country.

This happened because:

🟢 1. Pakistan’s Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (PVARA) issued NOCs

Binance received a No Objection Certificate (NOC), which means:

Binance is allowed to start its registration process in Pakistan

Binance can register in Pakistan’s anti-money-laundering (goAML) system

Binance is allowed to prepare documents for a full crypto exchange license

Binance is recognized as part of Pakistan’s formal regulatory framework

👉 This is a major step toward legal operations, but not the final operating license yet.

🟢 2. Pakistan and Binance signed an MoU

The government of Pakistan and Binance signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to explore tokenising up to $2 billion in Pakistan’s assets using blockchain.

This includes things like:

Treasury bills

Government bonds

Commodity reserves

👉 This aims to bring more investment and transparency into Pakistan’s financial system.

📌 In simple terms

Binance is not fully licensed yet

But Pakistan has officially allowed Binance to start the process

This is the first major step toward legal, regulated crypto trading in Pakistan

The government is working closely with Binance on major blockchain projects.
