My Trading Strategy — Hierarchical Confluence Model
My strategy is based on reading price as institutional intent, not indicators, signals, or predictions.
I don’t trade randomness. I trade purpose, location, and confirmation — in that exact order.
The system is built on a hierarchical decision process with three mandatory layers:
1. Context — Why price is moving
I start from higher timeframes (Daily / Weekly) to define the institutional narrative.
I identify:
The dominant market structure (HH/HL or LH/LL)
The current phase of price:
Impulse
Correction
Accumulation / Distribution
Liquidity Hunt
Institutional Reset
Major liquidity targets and macro zones
Rule:
If the context is unclear, I do nothing.
Context defines direction and purpose. Without it, there is no trade.
2. Technical Confluence — Where price makes sense to react
Once context is clear, I define one specific zone where price has a logical reason to react.
This zone must align with multiple institutional elements, such as:
Order Blocks and mitigations
Fair Value Gaps (imbalances)
Premium / Discount using Fibonacci (0.618–0.786)
Relevant liquidity (equal highs/lows, inducements)
Support & Resistance treated as zones, not lines
Rule:
I do not chase price.
I wait until price reaches a predefined institutional area.
No zone = no trade.
3. Validation / Momentum — When the market commits
A zone alone is not enough.
I enter only after confirmation that smart money has taken control.
My execution requires:
A prior liquidity sweep
A micro CHOCH (change of internal control)
A strong impulsive candle with displacement
A minor BOS confirming continuation
Often, the creation of a new FVG
This tells me the move is intentional, not a random bounce.
Rule:
No validation = no entry.
Without confirmation, it’s gambling.
Execution & Risk Management
Entry: on pullback to the OB or FVG created after the CHOCH
Stop: always beyond the swept liquidity or broken structure
