They force the execution layer to decide how much immediacy is too much, how much certainty is enough, and how much coordination is dangerous. Those decisions don’t show up in announcements. They show up when systems are stressed in unfamiliar ways.
What’s worth watching next isn’t adoption or narrative crossover. It’s how the system behaves when multiple high-impact events resolve close together, when feeds disagree briefly, when attention spikes unevenly. Those are the moments when new data layers stop being features and start acting like infrastructure.
