The 23.4% unlock at TGE (Day 1) is actually quite healthy compared to the "low float / high FDV" scams we saw in previous cycles.
It means there is enough supply in the market to allow for price discovery, rather than artificial scarcity that leads to a crash later. Responsible tokenomics.
