Flow officially released an update on the attack incident, and the consensus of the verifiers has been reached to accept the proposed software upgrade plan. The network is currently entering the repair and testing stage. The Flow network has been launched and started to generate blocks, but general transaction reception is still on hold due to the need to verify and test the remedial protocol. At 6 a.m. Pacific Time, the network will be opened as part of the first phase of the Flow network recovery plan. The Cadence environment will be open to operation. Accounts affected by the attacker's poison attack will still be temporarily restricted, and the EVM environment will be temporarily restricted (read-only). More than 99.9% of Cadence accounts will restore all functions during this transition.
