Synthetix Founder Pays $50K to Settle Ethereum Price Bet
ChainCatcher reports that Kain Warwick, founder of Synthetix and Infinex, has paid $50,000 to Kyle Samani, co-founder of Multicoin, resolving a wager between them. The bet, placed in November 2024, revolved around whether Ethereum (ETH) would exceed $25,000 by the end of 2025. Had Warwick won, Samani would have owed him $500,000. Since Samani won, Warwick’s payout was capped at $50,000.
