Regarding the home roulette, I have an immature suggestion.
Since the rewards are limited, you could completely have an option on the roulette for 'Thank you for your patronage' or 'Come back next time,' which might actually stimulate transaction volume more effectively than a 100% winning rate.
Every time the time comes, most people either can't grab it or can't use up the chances. Over time, everyone realizes that saving chances is useless, and naturally, there’s no desire to engage in transactions.
If you change the lottery mechanism, everyone might store more chances with a mindset of taking a risk or for entertainment, and for the official side, the costs would still be controllable.
In summary, this activity has not been satisfactory; most people feel no sense of participation at all.
