ORDINANCE UNDER ARTICLE 123 CONSTITUTION OF INDIA DUE TO INCAPACITY OF GOVERNMENT SERVICE SYSTEM
(Subject: Invalid Lok Sabha Elections 2024, President of India 2022, Chief Election Commissioner 2025, Election Commissioners 2024 and other appointments in public interest.)
The Lok Sabha Elections 2024 were boycotted by 33,8984,502 (34.662%) voters out of 9,779,65560 (100%) registered voters, hence there is a valid reason to cancel the 2024 Lok Sabha Elections.
The moral of the story is that only 63,899,0692 (65.338 percent) valid votes were cast and the votes were split between the winning and losing parties, meaning less than 31,949,5346 (32.5 percent) votes reached Parliament, and again these votes were split between the majority and the opposition. In reality, the majority government has representatives with fewer than 15,974,7673 (16.25 percent) votes.
It is hereby notified and ordered that the appointments to the posts of Presidential Election 2022, Election Commissioner of india 2024, Chief Election Commissioner of India 2025, or other posts of public interest during this period are disqualified .
Due to 78 years of monopoly and face to face interaction in ground reality, the process continued without correction even after submission of hard copy through there system in President of india election 2022 and Vice President of India 2025 election and even after receiving the hard copy to election officials well in advance and on going process and incapacity.
