Grayscale Files SEC S-1 for Spot BNB ETF

Grayscale has filed a Form S-1 registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to launch a spot BNB exchange-traded fund that would track the price of Binance’s native token BNB. The proposed ETF aims to list on Nasdaq under the ticker “GBNB”, offering regulated exposure to BNB for U.S. investors without needing direct custody of the token. If approved, it marks one of Grayscale’s first ETFs beyond Bitcoin and Ethereum and expands its crypto ETF lineup amid rising institutional demand
