trading requires us to be consistentask yourself are you making more profit than loss? are you over trading without anything to show for? doe your profit percentage reflect the amount of time spent on the charts? I have learnt that more trading doesn't equal more profits. So I am taking notes and I am only interested in quality trades as opposed to many trades.
