The XRP Ledger has quietly become the largest single custodian of OpenEden's TBILL token, holding 54.41 million of 86.90 million circulating tokens — approximately 62.6% of total supply, according to on-chain data from RWA.xyz. The total tokenized Treasury market across all chains now sits at approximately $10.7 billion.
This is a meaningful institutional signal. Regulated issuers choosing XRPL for a yield-bearing instrument backed by U.S. government debt is not a trivial decision. Built-in compliance tooling, near-instant settlement, and XRPL's long-standing positioning as a payments and settlement rail all make it a logical custody choice for conservative capital.

The data shows XRPL's monthly TBILL transfer volume at roughly $200 — compared to $3.09 million on Ethereum and $3.62 million on Arbitrum.
