وأوضح أن قراره بالشراء خلال الهبوط يستند إلى سببين رئيسيين؛ أولهما توقعه لعودة سياسة التوسع النقدي، معتبراً أن تصاعد الدين الأميركي قد يؤدي إلى تراجع #الدولار ، ما سيدفع الاحتياطي الفيدرالي إلى طباعة تريليونات الدولارات.
