1. BTTC 2.0 Mainnet Launched
The network upgraded to Proof-of-Stake (PoS) consensus to improve efficiency and scalability.
Staking APY for validators is about 6.7% now.
2. Cross-Chain & Interoperability Features
With BTTC 2.0, the chain supports bridges / connectivity with other chains (Ethereum, Tron, BNB Chain) to enhance DeFi & developer activity.
3. Staking & Governance
Token holders can stake BTT to become validators and also have governance rights.
Adjustments have been made to staking APY (recently ~6%) to reflect new economics under BTTC 2.0.
4. Price & Market Sentiment
Current price is extremely low (much less than $0.000001 per token) due to very large supply.
Market cap is in the hundreds of millions USD.
Sentiment is mixed: the upgrade adds positive fundamentals, but token still faces downward pressure from supply and broader altcoin market weakness.
