been reading the @SignOfficial governance docs and one thing stuck with me.
the documentation says the entity running infrastructure should not be the entity issuing credentials. separation of duties by design.
but what happens when the credentialing authority gets restructured by a new government? the on-chain record stays. the authority doesn’t.
