Decoding Phishing: Why Do Large Accounts Still Fall Into the Trap?

Whether ordinary users or influential figures, the risk of phishing attacks is always present. Recent scams often use a very sophisticated script: fake emails notifying of copyright infringement.

Attackers play on users' fear of having their accounts locked, luring them to a fake login page that looks identical to the original. Here, users unwittingly hand over both their passwords and two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. Once access is gained, hackers leverage the victim's own reputation to spread scam tokens. The implementation of the auto-lock mechanism on Elon Musk’s platform is a direct response to this tactic. It prevents hackers from "borrowing" the name of celebrities to deceive the community, even after they have bypassed the victim's personal password defenses. $BTC $ETH $ASTER #ElonMusk #Colecolen
