Iran plans to charge a toll on oil tankers passing through the Strait of Hormuz, with payments accepted in cryptocurrency, including Bitcoin, or Chinese yuan. The fee is set at around $1 per barrel of oil, which could translate to up to $2 million for a fully loaded supertanker.
