I saw something strange and intriguing when I visited the Serena Hotel today.
I saw what looked like two distinct diplomatic groups inside the building: an Iranian delegation and an American delegation. There was a strong indication that something official and extremely delicate was happening due to the ambiance, security presence, and movement within the hotel.
Based on my observations, it appeared to be a continuous or carefully planned diplomatic interaction between both parties. It appeared as though significant discussions were either taking place or being finalized due to the degree of security and coordination.
Later, I also learned that Pakistan has been mediating high-level negotiations between US and Iranian officials in Islamabad under stringent agreements.
Therefore, even though I am unable to personally verify the precise agenda, my observations in real life support the reports that both sides are currently engaged in serious diplomatic negotiations.
