Stable has announced that the mainnet v1.3.0 upgrade will be activated on May 13 at 15:00 UTC+8. According to Foresight News, the upgrade will occur at block height 24,077,500 and focuses on enhancing execution security and improving network consistency. It will strengthen protection for precompiled execution, address EVM execution fixes and consistency, and improve RPC reliability. The upgrade is mandatory and not backward compatible, requiring node operators to complete the upgrade by the specified deadline to avoid potential issues with deposit and withdrawal processes.
