Listened to two episodes of Zhang Xiaojun's interviews - both hosts asked guests about Openclaw's lobster AI agent. The contrast is wild:

Luo Fuli: Got so hyped she chatted with the lobster until sunrise, then forced her entire Feishu team to do 100+ rounds of conversations with it.

Yao Shunyu: Zero surprise as an insider. Says A16z/Google already had similar demos internally. Thinks it's not fundamentally different from Manus - real moat is on the model side, not the agent wrapper.

Classic founder energy vs. technical realism. One sees magic, the other sees infrastructure. Both perspectives matter when evaluating AI agent plays in this cycle.
