MAJOR CRYPTO ETF FILINGS UPDATED AS SEC REVIEW CONTINUES

Several major crypto ETF issuers have submitted updated filings as the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission continues reviewing multiple digital asset investment products.

According to Bloomberg ETF analyst James Seyffart, Grayscale filed a second amended S-1 registration for its proposed spot BNB ETF, signaling ongoing engagement with regulators.

At the same time, VanEck submitted its fifth amended prospectus for a BNB ETF, while Canary Capital updated its filing for a staked TRX ETF tied to TRON. T. Rowe Price also filed another amendment for its actively managed crypto ETF product.

The wave of amendments suggests the SEC remains actively reviewing multiple crypto ETF applications as institutional interest in regulated digital asset products continues to grow.
