Standard Chartered has moved to acquire the remaining stake in Zodia Custody, consolidating ownership of its institutional crypto custody subsidiary. The custody business will be integrated into the bank’s digital asset division, while Zodia’s infrastructure platform will be separated into Zodia Solutions under SC Ventures.
