Node NBO has launched a new hub in Nairobi, Kenya, dedicated to Bitcoin, energy, and computing. According to NS3.AI, the facility includes event space for over 150 people and serves as a co-working space for organizations such as Fedi, Gridless, BTrust, and the Human Rights Foundation. The site features open-source energy, Bitcoin mining, and AI compute labs. Erik Hersman noted that Gridless is installing solar power to support the facility's operations.
