Missouri has filed a lawsuit against CoinFlip, seeking up to $1,826,000 in civil penalties for alleged scam-related violations linked to its cryptocurrency ATM operations. According to NS3.AI, the state's Attorney General, Catherine Hanaway, stated that the legal action follows incidents of fraud affecting seniors and veterans. The lawsuit also aims to prevent CoinFlip from continuing its operations within Missouri. CoinFlip currently operates 136 kiosks in Missouri and a total of 4,229 across the United States.
