Coinbase Says AI Reduced Account Restriction Resolution Time by 90%

Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong said the company has rebuilt nearly all of its compliance workflows using AI.

According to Armstrong:

🔸 Human teams still verify all outcomes for security and accuracy

🔸 The time needed to remove account restrictions has dropped by around 90%

The company says the shift allows employees to focus more on higher-level decision-making while improving overall efficiency.
