$TON PANews reported May 23 that Toncoin's v3 cross-chain bridge will permanently shut down on September 1, 2026. Pro rata cross-chain fees are cancelled during the transition.
Users must check wallets, withdraw outstanding or unrecovered assets, and complete migrations before the deadline.
Holders of Wrapped TON on Ethereum or BNB Smart Chain must rebridge to the TON network. Holders of jUSDT, jUSDC, jDAI, or jWBTC must bridge back to Ethereum.
All assets must be migrated to avoid inability to use them for cross-chain operations. After September 1, the bridge will stop all transfer functions.
