Think of it like this — some subnets have been gaming the system, collecting rewards while doing absolutely nothing useful. That stops now.
Starting Tuesday, emissions get blocked for:
1. Subnets that burned miner rewards with no plan
2. Subnets paying themselves through loopholes
3. Abandoned subnets nobody is running
4. TaoFlow exploiters like subnet 104
The rewards they were stealing? They flow to subnets actually building something.
This is temporary. Later this year, the community takes over deciding where rewards go — no single person in control.
But right now this is a strong first step.
