Fear & Greed at 23 – Extreme Fear. That’s cold. Breadth is mixed (14 green, 15 red, 30 flat). Volume’s decent at $5.5B but BTC dominance is low at 24.8%.

Top mover: HEI +88% (sector Other). Loser: GENIUS -30%. Meme sector flat, DeFi and AI dipping. L1s down 2%.

News: LTC bouncing on Nexus Wallet/LitVM hype. BCH sliding to $300 – downside risk.

My take: fear is high, but that’s often when setups form. Not calling a bottom, just watching.
