The virtues of reciting Durood Shareef abundantly
The Holy Prophet said:
On the Day of Judgment, the person who will be closest to me at all times will be the one who will send blessings upon me frequently.
The Holy Prophet said:
Send blessings upon me abundantly, for you will be questioned about me in the grave.
Sending blessings upon me is a light in the darkness of the bridge of Sirat on the Day of Judgment, and whoever wants his deeds to be weighed in a very large scale, he should send blessings upon me abundantly.
The Holy Prophet said:
The person who will be most saved from the horrors of the Day of Judgment and its places is the one who sends the most blessings upon me in this world.
Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said:
Whoever sends abundant blessings upon me will be under the shade of the Throne.
