🚨 Cardano users, pay attention.
A wallet made by EMURGO, one of Cardano's founding teams, has exposed user funds.
The issue was not a smart contract bug.
It was not a bridge hack.
The problem was in the wallet code that creates private keys.
That means every wallet created with this software could be at risk.
So far, about 16M ADA ($2.4M) has been affected.
But according to SlowMist's founder, the total exposure could be much higher - over 129M ADA and other tokens worth more than $20M.
Many wallets have not been drained yet, but they are still vulnerable.
This is not just a hack story.
It shows that even trusted self-custody wallets can have serious problems.
If you ever created a wallet using this software, move your funds now.
Don't wait for the official audit.
