#CelestiaTIA 💎 Celestia (
$TIA ): Technological breakthrough or adoption crisis?
Celestia is currently at a crossroads. On the one hand, ambitious updates, on the other, the harsh reality of low metrics. We analyze the main factors that will determine the price of TIA in the near future.
🚀 Positive: Lemongrass hard fork (September 2026)
The main event of the fall is the Lemongrass update. It introduces Interchain Accounts (ICA) and Packet Forward Middleware.
• Why it matters: This greatly simplifies the interaction between blockchains in the Cosmos ecosystem.
• Price impact: More features for rollups = higher demand for
$TIA to pay fees (blobspace).
⚠️ Risks: Where are the users?
Despite the cool modular architecture, the numbers are not impressive yet:
• Activity: Only ~1,200 active users per day — which is critically low for a project of this scale.
• Competition: Ethereum has become much more efficient in terms of data availability (DA) after the Fusaka update, which is taking a bite out of Celestia’s pie.
📈 Market sentiment: Cautious optimism
• Alt-season index up 33% in a week.
• TIA price up 14%, breaking through the 7-day moving average (SMA).
• However: We are still well below the 200-day SMA ($0.807). The long-term trend remains down, and bears are ready to pounce on any rebound.
🔍 Bottom line
Celestia has a great “engine” (technology) but lacks the “fuel” (real users and ecosystem projects). Lemongrass’ success could provide a boost, but without real growth in data volumes on the network, a sustained rally is unlikely.
