Token hat wirklich meine Aufmerksamkeit erregt. Es geht nicht darum, Geld zu verdienen oder schicke Memes zu erstellen. Es geht darum, ein großes Problem zu lösen: Wie man Blockchain nützlich macht, ohne das Leben jedes Nutzers öffentlich zu machen.
Als ich anfing, über Kryptowährungen zu lernen, dachte ich, es ginge nur darum, frei und anonym zu sein. Ich dachte, Wallets seien wie Masken und Transaktionen wie Nachrichten. Bald wurde mir klar, dass die meisten Blockchains tatsächlich sehr offen sind. Jede Transaktion, jeder Saldo und jede Interaktion wird für immer öffentlich aufgezeichnet. Das ist gruselig für die Nutzer und ein großes Problem für Menschen, die mit sensiblen Informationen wie Geschäftsabschlüssen oder medizinischen Aufzeichnungen umgehen.
